Hola! How would you like your PANMAN paella?
Paella has become popular for 21st celebrations, corporate functions, weddings and for that more intimate gathering at home with a Spanish twist.
The PANMAN service includes both classic and vegetarian/vegan paella, cooked on-site by the our team. All our paella is gluten free, so sit back and enjoy the party while we cook a meal that looks and tastes great. See our Gallery for examples.
PANMAN Classic (GF)
Locally produced chorizo, bacon and NZ prawns are added to a base of rice, onions, garlic, tomatoes, chicken stock and HOOT (our craft smoked chilli sauce).
Classic paella is finished with a green lipped mussel, smoked paprika, parsley, HOOT mayo and a slice of lemon.

PANMAN Vegetarian (GF)
Red and green peppers, celery, fennel, mushrooms, sweet corn, and edamame beans are added to a base of rice, onions, garlic, tomatoes, vegetable stock and HOOT (our craft smoked chilli sauce).
Vegetarian paella is finished with smoked paprika, parsley, HOOT mayo and a slice of lemon.
Note: Vegan option is as above, without mayo.
On-site pricing
On-site pricing starts at $550 +gst for groups up to 30 people, which gets you paella cooked on-site by the PANMAN team, and is perfect for a birthday gathering or house warming
We can cater for up to 300 people at your corporate gathering, wedding or private function, price on application
Our kitchen is self sufficient so we can operate in any location
Pricing for any function located out of the Wellington region will include an additional cost for travel.
Delivery pricing
Delivery pricing starts at $360 +gst for groups up to 20 people
Paella will be delivered to your location within the Wellington CBD
PANMAN can deliver for groups up to 60 people, price on application.
Remember that five days’ notice is required for deliveries. Paella preparation takes time!
